A second criminal case was opened after a tram collided with two passenger Gazelles and a passenger car on the Proletarian Bridge in Tula. This was reported on October 31 in the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A massive road accident on the Proletarian Bridge in Tula was reported earlier that day. Four people were killed in the accident, and 25 others were injured.
