Claims about the use of 9M709 missiles by the Russian Army are groundless. This was announced on October 31 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"This question should be addressed to the military regarding what means of delivery and destruction are being used. <...> The American side made claims, but the Russian side explained that the claims were groundless," he replied to a question about attacks on Ukraine using 9M709 missiles.
