A former poultry farm burned in the Murmansk region
The fire occurred on the territory of the former Snezhnaya poultry farm in the Kola district of the Murmansk region. Garbage caught fire there.
The fire started on Thursday afternoon, October 30th. According to eyewitnesses, a section on the 7th km of the motorway to Murmansk airport was on fire.
The incident was reported to the desk at 4:30 p.m. By 5:35 p.m. the fire was completely extinguished. Five firefighters and two fire trucks were working at the site.
Bi-port news agency writes that this is the second fire that occurred on the territory of an abandoned enterprise in October. So, on the night of October 18, six firefighters and two fire trucks spent about four hours extinguishing garbage at a former poultry farm.
Earlier, on October 30, it was reported that in the city of Korkino in the Chelyabinsk region, a woman died as a result of a fire in a five-story apartment building. The fire occurred in an apartment on the first floor of a five-story building on Karl Marx Street. When rescuers arrived, they did not find any people in the burning room and extinguished the fire, but the smoke managed to spread to the entrance.
