One of the organizers of the regional hand-to-hand combat championship will be fined in Surgut. Protocols have been drawn up for the fan as well. The reason was a mass brawl that took place at the competition.

According to the <url> news agency, with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, an administrative protocol was drawn up on the official responsible for organizing the competition. It did not ensure the presence of PSC employees at the event. The organizer faces a fine of 50 to 100 thousand rubles.

The fan was held accountable for violating the rules of conduct. He can be fined 20,000 rubles or arrested for 15 days and banned from attending sporting events for up to seven years.

Both athletes and spectators took part in the fight on October 28 at the Taiga Sports complex. Previously, the brawl began with one of the participants kicking the other in the chest. After that, other athletes, as well as the audience, joined the conflict.

There were no casualties. The Hand-to-hand Combat Federation of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug suspended the instigators of the brawl. The competition continued as usual. The regional Department of Physical Education and Sports described the incident as an "emotional reaction of athletes."
