A Russian woman was detained at Domodedovo airport, who was arrested in absentia and put on the international wanted list for involvement in a terrorist organization. This became known on October 31.

"Alpiyat Abdulmutalibova was previously arrested in absentia and put on the international wanted list on charges in absentia of facilitating terrorist activities (part 1 of Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and participating in the activities of an organization that is recognized as terrorist in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," RIA Novosti reports based on court materials.
