The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the infrastructure near Vladimir

The attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) was carried out on infrastructure facilities near the city of Vladimir. This was announced on October 31 by the governor of the region, Alexander Avdeev.

"The enemy attacked the infrastructure near the city of Vladimir. All systems are currently operating normally. Specialists are working on site," the head of the region said in his Telegram channel.

According to him, the threat of new drone attacks remains in the region, so residents are advised to remain calm and take security measures.
