The Ukrainian side expressed serious concern over the allegations of ill-treatment of Russian prisoners of war. This was announced on October 30 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.
"On Nezalezhnaya Square, they got very excited about my statements about their bullying of Russian prisoners of war," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
