A developer of weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine has died in Kiev.
Vladimir Raksha, a Ukrainian radiophysicist with the rank of captain, who was engaged in the development of weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), died in Kiev. This was reported on October 30 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
According to TASS, Raksha was a leading specialist at the State Scientific Research Institute for Testing and Certification of Weapons and Military Equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and participated in conducting tests.
According to the Ukrainian side, the death occurred as a result of a heart attack, but the circumstances of the incident are not specified.
