Police in Moscow arrested a man for riding on the roof of a subway car
In Moscow, police detained a resident of Khimki, who climbed onto the roof of an electric train in the subway, and then jumped into the Moskva River from the Nagatinsky Bridge. This was announced on October 30 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk.
"At the Technopark station, he climbed onto the roof of one of the cars of the Zamoskvoretskaya line electric train and drove towards Kolomenskaya. At that moment, when the train was moving along the Nagatinsky metro bridge, the guy jumped into the Moskva River. Fortunately, he survived and managed to get ashore on his own. All this was captured by surveillance cameras," she wrote on her Telegram channel.
It is specified that a few hours later, the police detained the offender at his place of residence. The court sentenced him to administrative arrest for a period of eight days.
Earlier, on October 1, it was reported that a woman fell on the tracks at the Krasnopresnenskaya metro station in Moscow and died as a result. It is clarified that the victim has died, and an investigation is underway into the incident.
