King Charles III of Great Britain has initiated an official procedure to deprive Prince Andrew of his title, titles and honors. This was reported on October 30 by The Guardian newspaper.

An official notice was sent to him about the refusal to rent the Royal Lodge residence, he will move to private housing, according to a statement from Buckingham Palace.

"Andrew's ties to convicted sex offender financier Jeffrey Epstein continue to cause controversy. It is reported that although he denies the allegations, Buckingham Palace believes there have been "serious errors of judgment," the publication says.

Buckingham Palace said in a statement that Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.

Earlier, on October 12, it was reported that British Prince Andrew promised American financier Jeffrey Epstein that they would go through a scandal together over the publication in the media of a photo of the prince with an underage girl. The British prince also told Epstein about his concern about the possible consequences of the publication for the financier.
