Participants in a special military operation (SVO) should be compensated for injuries immediately, without waiting for dismissal from the Armed Forces of Russia (RF Armed Forces). This proposal was made on October 30 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, at a meeting with experts in the field of integrating seriously injured and disabled military personnel into civilian life.

She noted that the law provides for the payment of compensation after dismissals from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. According to Moskalkova, some of her fighters are losing money due to fraudsters.

"We receive many complaints that our fighters are becoming the people who received money for their wounds and became victims of fraudsters who offer them apartments, successfully invest money in a bank, and receive interest. Maybe we should temporarily label this money and help the guys dispose of it," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.

The Ombudsman added that it is necessary to inform the participants of the SVO about the possibility of obtaining free legal aid.

On September 29, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation proposed in a new draft law to introduce benefits related to transport and land taxes for large families, members of their families and their family members. It was clarified that parents with many children will be able to receive tax deductions for land tax and personal property tax, and payments to persons undergoing military service in their military units will be exempt from insurance premiums.
