Fifty schools have been completely renovated in the Pskov region in three years

In the Pskov region, 52 schools have been overhauled over the past three years as part of national projects. Acting Minister of Education Tatyana Loznitskaya told about this at the parliamentary hour of the Pskov Regional Assembly of Deputies on October 30.

"33 schools were renovated in 2022, 11 schools in 2023, and eight schools in 2024. From 2022 to 2024, 52 institutions were completely renovated. The program does not stop," the Pskov News feed quotes Loznitskaya.

According to her, in 2026 it is planned to allocate funds for the repair of four more educational institutions. In 2027, 12 objects are already on the list.

New schools were also being built in the region during these years. Two schools were completed in Velikiye Luki and Pskov, and one more in Dno.

On October 22, Ekaterina Kharchenko, Deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education, told Izvestia that more than 800 dormitories will be renovated in Russia and 27 world-class campuses will be built.
