The Border Committee of Belarus confirmed the closure of the border with Lithuania

The State Border Guard Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Lithuania has officially notified Minsk of the temporary shutdown of checkpoints on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border. This was reported on October 30 in the Telegram channel of the State Border Committee of Belarus.

"The document introduces restrictions on the movement of individuals and vehicles through the Myadininkai checkpoint (Kamenny Log) until 01:00 Belarusian time on December 1 of this year," the statement said.
