"A number of historically Russian small towns that were formed as mining settlements during Russia's development of Donbass have recently returned to their native harbor and certainly deserve special attention," he said during a round table dedicated to preserving the historical and cultural heritage of small towns in Russia.
According to Naryshkin, many settlements in Donbass and the Azov region, which had not previously developed, are now being completely renovated. Thus, within the framework of the state program, residential buildings, communal and transport infrastructure facilities are being actively restored in these regions.
In addition, Naryshkin emphasized the priority of not only the physical restoration of these cities, but also the preservation of their historical and cultural identity.
On September 30, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, at a meeting with the Russian leader, announced the full integration of Donbass and Novorossiya into the Russian economy. According to him, since 2025, projects in the annexed regions have been implemented according to Russian standards, and a number of programs are being implemented at the level of national averages.
On the same day, Irek Fayzullin, head of the Russian Ministry of Construction, announced that 3.5 million square meters were planned to be built in Novorossiya as part of the state program for the socio-economic development of the reunified regions until 2030. m housing.
