Ussuriysk entered the top 5 warmest places in Russia this autumn

Unexpectedly warm weather for the end of October has set in Ussuriysk this autumn. The temperature reached 12.8 degrees Celsius. The district was among the five warmest places in Russia.

According to the Weather and Climate portal, the weather station in the village of Timiryazevsky in Ussuriysk ranks fifth in the top ten warmest places in the country. The city surpasses Crimean Kerch and Simferopol in these indicators, among others.

The first four places went to Derbent, Vladivostok, Makhachkala and Anapa.

In addition, according to the UssurMedia news agency, the Timiryazevsky weather station took 10th place in the list of the most comfortable places in Russia in terms of effective temperature.

Meanwhile, forecasters predict the approach of a Chinese cyclone with atmospheric fronts and warm air masses to the valley region. In Ussuriysk, the air temperature on Thursday, October 30, may rise to +15 degrees.

Earlier, on October 29, Yuri Varakin, head of the Roshydromet situation center, said that typical autumn weather without sun would remain in Moscow and the region until the end of October. The temperature will be 4-5 degrees above normal, although a slight cold snap is expected in early November.
