Militants of the 63rd Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are executing civilians in Krasny Liman in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), RIA Novosti reported on October 20, citing data from a radio interception recorded by Russian law enforcement agencies.
