Negotiations between the United States and Russia regarding nuclear disarmament are currently not underway. This was announced on October 30 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"It was repeatedly mentioned during the contacts about the need for such expert negotiations. <...> The topic was indeed repeatedly mentioned," he said during a briefing.
