Miroshnik spoke about the torture of Russian soldiers in Ukrainian captivity
Russian servicemen who were returned from Ukrainian captivity told about torture with the use of an electric chair, beatings and dog baiting. This was announced on October 30 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.
"I often communicate with the guys who were exchanged, and these conversations are not for the faint of heart. They go through electric chairs, bullying, constant beatings, experiments, and medications. The man said that his fellow soldier had been dogged to death," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
