From a former participant in the intellectual game "What? Where? When?" by Rovshan Askerov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent and included in the list of terrorists and extremists), bailiffs levied a fine of 40 thousand rubles. This was reported on October 30.

After the recovery, the total amount of Askerov's debt decreased from 130 thousand to 90 thousand rubles, according to the RIA Novosti article.

Earlier, on February 23, it was reported that three enforcement proceedings were initiated against the former expert for a total amount of 130 thousand rubles.
