In Kiev, some areas were left without electricity due to severe voltage fluctuations in the network. This was reported on October 29 by the Ukrainian agency UNIAN in its Telegram channel.

"There are reports of severe voltage drops in the network in Kiev, in some areas <...> the lights went out," the publication says.

It was clarified that the emergency power outage was supposed to stop after 22:00 (23:00 Moscow time).
