The United States announced its refusal to reduce its military contingent in Poland
The United States will not reduce its military contingent in Poland. This was announced on October 29 by the Polish Ministry of Defense on the social network X.
"We have received confirmation that there will be no reduction in the presence of American troops in Poland," the publication says.
It is noted that together with the US Department of War, Poland provides for the development of certain actions that contribute to strengthening the country's security.
Earlier, on February 20, it was reported that the United States may reduce its military presence in Europe due to priorities in the Asia-Pacific region and the situation on the border with Mexico. At that time, about 10,000 American soldiers were stationed in Poland.
