A 14-year-old zatseper who disappeared two weeks ago in the Moscow region was found dead. The boy's father told Izvestia about this on October 29.
Vsevolod Serov disappeared in Lobnya on October 13. According to his father, the teenager had a fight with his parents that day because of the ban on surfing. After that, the boy waited until nightfall and escaped from the house through the window, leaving his phone and passport.
Volunteers and emergency services were involved in the search for the child. During the search, it was established that Vsevolod could have gone to Zvenigorod for a three-day meeting of the zatsepers.
The teenager was last seen on the Lugovaya platform, and later his sneakers were found near the Nekrasovskaya station — they were identified by his father.
Earlier, on October 9, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Moscow Region, Ksenia Mishonova, said that hooking in Russia should be equated with an extremist movement. She clarified that since the beginning of 2025, 28 such incidents have been recorded in the Moscow region, in which 11 children aged 11 to 17 died.
Michonova's statement was published after the news about the rescue of a school student who fell from a train. It was noted that teenagers rode on a "Swallow", the speed of which can reach 160 km / h. One of the minors fell off and fell into a ravine. Then his friends thought he was dead, left him in the grass and ran home. The teenagers did not talk about the incident for three days. The schoolboy's mother said that her son is in intensive care.
