More than 750 km of the gas pipeline was laid in the Moscow region

750 km of new gas distribution networks have been built in the Moscow Region since the beginning of 2025. The work was carried out by Mosoblgaz specialists, the company's press service reports.

Since January, more than 37 thousand residents have been provided with gas at home in the region, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya. Ramenskoye, Solnechnogorsk and Chekhov became the leaders in the number of connections.

The work was carried out within the framework of the social gasification program. Since the beginning of the project, 5.4 thousand km of gas pipelines have been laid on the territory, blue fuel has appeared in the homes of 228 thousand residents.

Earlier, Izvestia wrote that the Federation Council proposed to legislate the obligations of citizens to prepare facilities for connection, as well as strengthen social support measures for low-income categories.
