Salavat Yulaev Hockey Club from Ufa set a record in a match with Admiral Vladivostok on October 29, winning the biggest victory in its history with a score of 6:1.

This victory was Ufa's fourth in a row in the current season of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). The greatest contribution to the result was made by striker Alexander Zharovsky, who scored three goals and two assists. In addition, striker Egor Suchkov scored a double in the match, attacking players Alexander Khokhlachev and Artur Faizov, as well as defender Yaroslav Tsulygin scored one goal each.

Striker Stepan Starkov scored Admiral's only goal in the 37th minute of the match.

Thanks to the victory, Salavat Yulaev rose from last place in the Eastern Conference, taking the ninth position. Admiral suffered its fifth defeat in a row and remains on the tenth line of the standings.

On October 27, Ak Bars Kazan also defeated Admiral. The match ended 3-2 in overtime. Dmitry Katelevsky (10th minute), Alexander Khmelevsky (59th) and Ilya Safonov (63rd) scored goals for the winners. Kyle Olson (34th minute) and Pavel Sheng (42nd minute) hit the opponent's goal from Admiral.
