Pavel Durov will launch a network with artificial intelligence and the TON blockchain

Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced the launch of the Cocoon decentralized network using artificial intelligence (AI) and the TON blockchain. He announced this on October 29 at the Blockchain Life 2025 forum in Dubai.

Cocoon stands for Confidential Compute Open Network. The network will be used for the safe and private execution of AI information, explains RBC with reference to Durov's words.

The network's operation will be supported by GPU miners who will receive rewards in Toncoin. Application developers will have access to inexpensive AI tools, and users will be able to work with artificial intelligence anonymously.

The full launch of the project is scheduled for November 2025 after collecting applications from developers.
