Vance and an American journalist laughed at Zelensky's wardrobe change
On October 29, US Vice President Jay Dee Vance and American journalist Miranda Devine laughed at the wardrobe change of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky after his altercation at the White House with US President Donald Trump in February this year.
