Ilyinsky district in Perm Krai to introduce a tourist tax

In the Perm Region, deputies of the Ilyinsky Duma adopted a resolution on the introduction of a tourist tax on the territory of the municipality. This was reported in the Telegram channel "On the ground" on Wednesday, October 29.

So, in 2026, the tax amount will be 1% of the cost of accommodation services. Every next year, it will grow by 1% until it reaches 5% starting in 2030. According to the estimates of the authorities, in the next three years the initiative may bring up to 300 thousand rubles to the local budget.

It was proposed to impose a tax on enterprises and individuals providing places for temporary accommodation in hotels, hotels and hostels. At the same time, the tourist tax will not be charged to residents of the district, minors and family members of participants in a special military operation (SVO).

Earlier it was reported that last summer an experiment on the legalization of guest houses was launched in Russia — individual residential buildings hosting tourists receive official status for the first time. The law is designed to bring the market out of the shadows, improve the quality of services and ensure a balance between the interests of owners, neighbors and the state.
