In the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Khabarovsk Territory), 123 apartment buildings (MCD) are planned to be landscaped in 2026. This is reported by the press service of the city administration.

From October 17 to October 22, the Housing and Communal Services department accepted applications for the inclusion of yards in the improvement plan for the next year. The managing director of the organization and the chairmen of the HOA boards submitted 11 applications for putting 123 yards in order.

The list of territories has now been submitted to the regional government for selection and approval, IA AmurMedia writes. The work in the yards will be carried out using subsidies from the Far Eastern Yards program, implemented as part of the Infrastructure for Life national project.

In January, plans were announced for the improvement of public areas in the Khabarovsk Territory for 2025. The list includes more than 70 spaces, including embankments, squares, parks, and squares.
