A court in St. Petersburg has arrested street singer Diana Loginova, who performed songs by foreign agents in St. Petersburg, for 13 days for organizing a mass stay of people in a public place, which led to a violation of order. This was reported on October 29 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

She was found guilty of an offense under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Loginova's detention under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Organization of mass simultaneous stay of citizens in a public place, resulting in a violation of public order") became known on October 15.

On October 20, law enforcement officers drew up another protocol on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in relation to Loginova. According to Daria Lebedeva, head of the press service of the St. Petersburg courts, one of the cases — about the performance of a song by Elizaveta Girdymova (known under the pseudonym Monetochka, recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) — will be considered by the Leninsky District Court on Tuesday, October 28.

On October 28, Diana Loginova, who performed songs by foreign agents, was fined 30,000 rubles.
