Since the beginning of the special military operation (SVO), the Moscow-based charity foundation "Everyone is Important" has organized and conducted over 500 events to support military families. According to activists, these are free creative workshops, educational trainings and developmental classes for children, as well as consultations and webinars for women.

In addition, the foundation develops and implements charitable and volunteer initiatives. "We are trying to create an atmosphere where you can receive support and feel that you are not alone," said Elena Glebova, psychologist and head of the Everyone Is Important Foundation.

One of the fund's areas of work is the Anti—Film project. The children of the participants participate in play activities and creative workshops, which are conducted under the guidance of professional teachers, psychologists and volunteers of the foundation. The topics of the events change according to the wishes of the participants. Board games are held on Wednesdays, and on Thursdays you can watch and discuss movies.

The project also provides training sessions aimed at developing emotional intelligence. The exercises, which are conducted in a playful way, use elements of art and fairy tale therapy, as well as role models that offer ways out of conflict situations. Through such trainings, children learn to negotiate, listen to each other and help their peers. The foundation is doing everything possible to make the children understand that there are adults nearby who can be trusted and show their emotions, said Glebova.

The foundation has organized individual consultations, group meetings and webinars for the wives of ITS participants under the guidance of professional psychologists.

Next year, the foundation expects to launch a Family-by-Side psychological rehabilitation program. The purpose of this project is to support the relatives of military personnel after the return of a loved one. The program includes consultations, trainings and joint activities with children.
