The meeting between Russian Leader Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Tajikistan was important. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on October 29.
"We highly appreciate the results of the bilateral meeting that took place between the two presidents in Dushanbe. It was a very important meeting in terms of us turning over the very page in our bilateral relations together," Peskov said.
