Norway has announced the threat of a nuclear conflict over the supply of Tomahawk to Ukraine

The delivery of American Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine could radically change the nature of the conflict and lead to a direct clash between the United States and Russia. This was announced on October 29 by Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.

According to him, the use of such missiles will be impossible without the participation of American specialists, which will actually turn their use into an attack by the United States on Russia.

"Tomahawk will be operated by American instructors, which would mean a direct US attack on Russia. Tomahawk can also be a carrier of a nuclear warhead, which creates the risk of a nuclear conflict. Tomahawk shipments will fundamentally change the nature of the "proxy war" in Ukraine," Dizen told RIA Novosti.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters are being armed with what they wrote off in Europe, which indicates the depletion of NATO reserves, experts say.

Earlier, on October 28, the US permanent Representative to NATO, Matthew Whitaker, said that in the coming months Washington could sell weapons worth about $2 billion to European countries for subsequent transfer to Kiev. According to him, US President Donald Trump is considering the possibility of supplying Ukraine with Tomahawk or other long-range systems.
