The Sochi prosecutor's office has filed a lawsuit for the dismantling of over 15 real estate objects belonging to Eduard Kalajian, the uncle of criminal boss Robson (Ruben Tatulyan), which were erected in the Sochi security zone. This is stated in the documents on the website of the Adler District Court of Sochi, Krasnodar Territory.

"Category of case: disputes related to land relations, disputes on land ownership, other disputes on land ownership," the publication says.

According to the case file, a complex of buildings with a total area of more than 800 square meters was illegally built on two land plots in the village of Kazachiy Brod. meters, including residential buildings, outbuildings, a chapel, and a monument. The territory belongs to the second zone of mining and sanitary protection, where there is a complete ban on construction.

The prosecutor's office demands to invalidate land ownership and lease agreements concluded 20 years ago. The department emphasizes that the local authorities illegally disposed of the territory, which has had a protected status since Soviet times.

Earlier, on October 23, it was reported that the Krasnodar Regional Court seized property worth 3.9 billion rubles from a criminal boss and his entourage. In particular, the court confiscated 130 real estate objects.
