The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has charged singer Philip Kirkorov in absentia for performing in the Republic of Crimea and the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on October 28 by the office of the country's Prosecutor General.

According to the published information, the artist is charged with "repeated violation of the order of entry into the territory of Ukraine."
