The head of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, called the signs with the words "Poor" and "SVO", which were installed on tables in the school cafeteria in the city of Azov, a gross discrimination. The governor stated this on October 28 in his Telegram channel.

"Such actions are obvious and gross discrimination. It's hard to even imagine how uncomfortable the guys felt," he said.
