Tokayev and Stubb noted the importance of achieving lasting peace in Ukraine

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Finland Alexander Stubb stressed the importance of achieving peace in Ukraine. This is stated in a joint statement by the heads of state, published on the website of Tokayev's press service.

"The parties stressed the importance of achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine as soon as possible in accordance with the principles of the Charter of the United Nations," the document says.
