Direct scheduled flights from Chita to Chara will be launched in Transbaikalia

Direct scheduled flights on the Chita – Chara – Chita route are being launched in Transbaikalia. The flights will be operated by IRAERO Airline on AN-24 aircraft, the press service of the carrier reports.

The planes will start flying from November 7, 2025, twice a week — on Mondays and Fridays. The flight schedule is available on the airline's website.

According to the ChitaMedia news agency, a special tariff is provided for residents with permanent registration in the Kalarsky Municipal District. Discounted tickets can only be purchased at the airline's offices and agents.

Earlier in October, Izvestia reported that Russia and South Korea were discussing the resumption of direct flights. The airlines of both countries are in constant contact.
