Diana Loginova, an 18-year-old street singer who sang songs by foreign agents and performs under the pseudonym Naoko, was fined 30,000 rubles. This was announced on October 28 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg.

"To find Diana Loginova guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces"), and impose an administrative fine on her," the judge ruled.

Loginova's detention under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Organization of mass simultaneous stay of citizens in a public place, resulting in a violation of public order") became known on October 15.

Later, on October 20, it was reported that law enforcement officers had drawn up another protocol to discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in relation to Loginova. According to Daria Lebedeva, head of the press service of the St. Petersburg courts, one of the cases — about the performance of a song by Elizaveta Girdymova (known under the pseudonym Monetochka, recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) — will be considered by the Leninsky District Court on Tuesday, October 28.
