The new Normax car brand will appear in Russia
Sales of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) of the Normax brand will begin in Russia in the near future. The company's first model, the One van, was presented at the Car Xl conference in Moscow, the Izvestia correspondent reports on October 28.
According to representatives of Normax, it is planned to sell 1.5-2 thousand vans per year, sales will begin in the near future. The warranty for the cars will be three years or 150 thousand kilometers, maintenance will be carried out through a network of authorized service centers.
The Normax One van, manufactured in China, is equipped with a two-liter engine with a capacity of 143 hp (360 Nm) and a six-speed manual transmission. The front-wheel drive has a maximum load capacity of 910 kg. Ground clearance is 196 mm.
There are two variants of the Normax One — the model in the MT modification with a height of 2370 mm and in the HT version with a height of 2590 mm. The volume of the body varies from 10.7 to 11.9 cubic meters. See, it holds four Euro pallets. The internal dimensions are 3310×1810 mm. The equipment list includes airbags, a rear camera and parking sensors, diode optics, a winter package, adjustable seats and steering wheel, air conditioning, and more.
The day before, it was reported that medium-tonnage Gazon Next trucks began to be equipped with an exchange stability control (ESC) system. Earlier this year, it was introduced on Gazelle NN, Gazelle Next and Sobol NN light commercial vehicles.
