The Kremlin appreciated Hungary's idea to create an alliance in the European Union
There is a group of States that protect the rights of their country. This was announced on October 28 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
He commented on Hungary's intentions to form a joint alliance with the Czech Republic and Slovakia within the European Union (EU).
"But there is also a group of states that pursue the goal of protecting their own interests, the interests of their peoples," Peskov said during a briefing.
Hungary's plans to create an alliance in the EU were announced earlier that day. It was noted that such cooperation had already proved effective during the migration crisis, when the Visegrad Four group operated.
