The Murmansk Region is considering an initiative to involve people with debts in socially useful work. This is due to the fact that they do not always comply with the court's decision.

The initiative proposed by deputies from Karelia and Khabarovsk Krai was discussed at a meeting of the Regional Duma committee on legislation, state Building and local self-government.

Bi-port news agency writes that, in the opinion of Karelian deputies, part of the payment for socially useful work should be retained to repay the debt.

Deputies from the Khabarovsk Territory propose to provide children's ombudsmen with the opportunity to receive data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for free in the interests of minors.

According to Vladimir Mishchenko, a deputy of the Duma of the Murmansk region, timely identification and restoration of the child's property rights to housing will make it possible to avoid adverse consequences for him in the future.

Earlier, on October 21, it was reported that the government of the Murmansk region will send more than 57 million rubles to the regional Ministry of Social Development. The money will come from the reserve fund and will be used for social benefits, the resolution says. Most of the funds — 54 million rubles — will be spent on subsidies to Northerners who need help paying for housing and utilities. Another 3.42 million will be allocated for payments to civil servants of military unit No. 10333. The governor instructed to pay an additional 10,000 rubles a month to workers in the interests of ensuring the security of the country and the region.
