Dodik supported Putin's initiative to form a model of Eurasian security
President of the Republika Srpska (RS, an entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina) Milorad Dodik supports the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the formation of the Eurasian security architecture. The politician told Izvestia about this on October 28.
"President Putin has been showing for a long time by his actions that he is a peaceful man and strives for stability — for his country, for his people, as well as for the whole world, for other nations and states. Of course, this initiative needs to be supported," Dodik said.
He added that in Western Europe, especially in the European Union (EU), there is no such vision that could be the beginning of any negotiations at the moment.
Earlier, on October 5, Dodik said that a number of European politicians needed to prepare Europeans "for a big war" in order to retain power. Dodik stressed that the Serbs have "sufficient grounds based on historical memory" to disapprove of this.
On October 2, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban accused Brussels of wanting to start a war over Ukraine. At the same time, he warned that the third World War could start at any moment if one of the major powers "makes a mistake."
