"At 8 a.m. today, an emergency power outage occurred in several districts of the Sakhalin Region," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, on October 20, an emergency power outage occurred in Energodar in the Zaporizhia region. It was clarified that the incident occurred due to increased network load.
