Sergunina spoke about the work of the City of Tasks project
The capital's City of Tasks project, which has been in operation since 2022, has brought together over 400,000 people. Its participants make an important contribution to the development of the capital: they check the condition of playgrounds and pedestrian crossings, support volunteer, sports and other initiatives, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.
"Thanks to the project, Muscovites make life in the city even more comfortable by helping to improve what they use every day. For example, they test new services, evaluate the quality of service in various fields, and join patriotic and environmental campaigns. Over the entire time, the participants have completed more than 3 million tasks," the Vice mayor noted.
In particular, users have checked the condition of lawns, fountains, playgrounds and sports grounds, pedestrian crossings and bus stops over 100,000 times. Also, as part of one of the tasks, the citizens tested the Library of Moscow service — they booked books online and received them in the reading rooms. In addition, the project participants provided feedback on the work of Dobryna's chatbot, which answers questions about social services, and Alexandra, a virtual assistant for Moscow transport. Muscovites also leave feedback about trips on river electric boats, helping to improve the transport infrastructure.
Participants are awarded points for completed tasks. They can be donated to charity or used to receive gifts and prizes.
The City of Assignments is being developed by the State Research Institution "New Management Technologies" together with the Moscow Department of Information Technology.
