In the Kirovsky district of Perm, they plan to renovate the park of culture and recreation "Happiness is". The authorities have begun searching for a contractor to develop the project, according to the <url> news agency, with reference to the documentation of the relevant auction.

The project of future works should include the installation of playgrounds and sports grounds, the arrangement of walking paths, the installation of a lighting system and other landscaping elements. The documentation also has to take into account landscaping and the creation of a street and road infrastructure.

It is planned to determine the contractor on November 14. The maximum value of the contract with him will be 3.54 million rubles. According to the news agency, the company must complete the development of the project in the period from December 15 to July 10, 2026.

The Park of Culture and Recreation in the Kirovsky district was opened in 1971. He received the name "Happiness is" in 2014. The park's area reaches 1.7 hectares, and various attractions are located on its territory.

In the summer of this year, it was reported that in Perm, reconstruction of Nikolai Ostrovsky Street is planned in the section from Revolution Street to Belinsky Street. It is planned to prepare the project documentation for transfer to the state expert examination by July 2026, and submit the final draft by December 1 of the same year.
