The meteorologist promised Muscovites a cloudy and rainy November

The weather forecast for November 2025 for Moscow promises a warm and cloudy month with occasional rains. The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, told Izvestia that during the first half of November, an anticyclonic circulation will be established in the metropolitan region, which will lead to an increase in atmospheric pressure by 10-15 millimeters of mercury.

According to the expert, Muscovites are waiting for the "appearance of the sun" against the background of weakening precipitation and weak wind. At the same time, the air temperature will remain at 1-1.5 degrees above the climatic norm.
