The court did not accept a report on street singer Naoko on discrediting the army
A court in St. Petersburg has returned a protocol on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, drawn up against student Diana Loginova, who performs under the pseudonym Naoko, who performed songs by foreign agents on the streets of St. Petersburg. This was announced on October 27 by the joint press service of the city courts.
"The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg returned to the drafters the protocol on the case of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, in relation to Diana Loginova," the Telegram channel of the press service says.
It is noted that the decision was made to remove obstacles to the consideration of an administrative violation by the court.
Earlier, on October 15, it was reported that 18-year-old Loginova was detained under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code ("Organization of mass simultaneous stay of citizens in a public place, resulting in a violation of public order"). It was noted that the girl is a student of the Rimsky-Korsakov Music College.
Later, on October 20, it was reported that law enforcement officers had drawn up another protocol to discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in relation to Loginova. According to Daria Lebedeva, head of the press service of the St. Petersburg courts, one of the cases — about the performance of a song by Elizaveta Girdymova (known under the pseudonym Monetochka, recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) — will be considered by the Leninsky District Court on Tuesday, October 28.
