Preferential mortgages will be available to Zemstvo cultural workers

Sber has opened the issuance of Far Eastern and Arctic mortgages for a new category of borrowers — the Zemsky Kultury Worker. To receive a loan, the client must be included in a special list of cultural workers. This was announced by Sberbank's Domclick service.

The person applying for a mortgage must meet a number of conditions. The main one is to be a citizen of the Russian Federation who works at his main place of work in a cultural organization and has moved to a settlement with up to 50,000 inhabitants. This does not apply to all small towns and villages, but only to those located on the territory of the subjects that are part of the Far Eastern Federal District, or on the land territories of the Arctic.

In addition to the basic set of documents, you must provide a 2-personal income tax certificate, a copy of the workbook, and a copy of the tripartite employment contract concluded with the client, employer, and subject of the Russian Federation. The client must be included in the list of cultural workers in the subject of the Russian Federation where he works. After signing the loan agreement, the client will have to confirm the place of work in the cultural organization for 5 years.

Earlier, Domclick reported that about 18.3 billion rubles were issued under the Far Eastern and Arctic mortgages, which is 8.5% less than in August. The leaders in terms of share were the Amur Region (71.1%), Yakutia (70%) and Buryatia (68.5%).
