Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, told Izvestia that cloudy weather with rain breaks is expected in Moscow during the first half of November.

In November, an anticyclonal circulation will develop, said the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center. According to him, Muscovites will feel an increase in pressure — by about 10-15 mmHg, compared with the values that will be in cloudy weather in the first half of November.

The sun is also expected to appear, as precipitation is not expected, as moisture-saturated air masses are transported from the west and come under high pressure. The wind is expected to be weak due to the absence of significant precipitation. At the same time, the temperature will decrease at night, but this will not affect the temperature background in any way — it will remain 1-1.5 degrees above normal.

Roman Vilfand warned that in St. Petersburg there is almost a similar situation with pressure, where it will be near normal, because there is not so much pronounced anticyclonic circulation in this region. However, the probability of precipitation is high and is about 80%.

As for the south of Russia, the weather reigns there, which is commonly called bad weather, Vilfand told Izvestia.

According to him, heavy rains and winds will cover the Krasnodar Territory, while Crimea, Stavropol, Rostov and the Black Sea coast are waiting for a gradual decrease in temperature.

— The daily flow is small, because heavy clouds and the sun do not play as prominent a role as before, and the pressure is low, — said Vilfand.

Starting from Thursday, the pressure will increase, and the weather will calm down — the wind will not be so strong, the sun will appear, but the nights will become cooler. So, in the continental regions they will reach a minimum value of 5-8 degrees.

A nice period takes place in Sochi, where the temperature reaches 17-18 degrees, but not everyone is ready to share the bathing season with such cool water. Temperatures will rise sharply in the Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Kemerovo regions, where very cold weather has already been rampant for the first three weeks of October and precipitation in the form of snow has already been recorded.

The most comfortable and warm weather will remain in the Kaliningrad region, but this will not save the region from light rains. Cyclonic activity continues in the Far East, characterized by heavy precipitation, but the weather will gradually improve — there will be no high pressure, but the sun will appear.
