"Unfortunately, as a result of a targeted kamikaze drone strike on a moving civilian car, a civilian born in 1946 was injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The man was taken to the hospital and received medical attention. The car suffered mechanical damage. Operational and emergency services are working at the scene, Bogomaz concluded.
